Tools to help your child develop basic sport skills

Sports Skills Clinic is a fun group for children to learn the basic physical skills needed to participate in many group and individual sports.

Skills addressed include:

  • Ball control (throwing, dribbling, kicking, bouncing balls)
  • Coordination
  • Imitation of motor actions
  • Following group instructions
  • Social skills (waiting, encouraging, persisting, attending, keeping body in the group)

Sessions are led by Carruth Occupational Therapist, Jennifer Woody.
