Brain Boss

Sometimes checklists and reminders are not enough! In this group targeting executive functioning, children learn how to better understand time management skills while working together on theme-based activities.

Brain Boss Features

  • Ages 7-9 and 10-12
  • Based on The Time Tracker Program by Sarah Ward and Kristen Jacobsen
  • Children and teens learn strategies to build an inner monologue of factors affecting planning and time.
  • Concrete strategies to help with situational awareness to guide planning across space and time.
  • Younger children’s groups (Robots or Construction themes) meet for an hour, 4 days per week for two weeks.
  • Older children’s groups (Robots or Games themes) meet for an hour and a half, 4 days per week for two weeks.   

 

Details

Ages 7-9:
Robots – July 12-22 (M-Th), 1:00pm-2:00pm
Construction – July 26-Aug 5 (M-Th). 11:00am-12:00noon


Ages 10-12: 
Robots – July 12-22 (M-Th), 10:30am-12:00pm
Games – July 26-Aug 5 (M-Th). 3:00pm-4:30pm

Program Cost

  • Ages 7-9 cost is $760 per child
  • Ages 10-12 cost is $960 per child
  • Initial screening fee for new campers is $80.00
