Fees for Services
The Carruth Center is a fee-for-service facility and does not submit claims to insurance for reimbursement. We provide families with the documentation they need to file claims themselves. Initial evaluation, psychological evaluations and screening fees are due on the day of service. All other fees are charged monthly.
Because of the complexity involved and the time it takes to file insurance claims some families choose to outsource this to a third party. If you are interested in a third party submitting your child’s claims to your health insurance, please contact Rochelle Nwafor at Priority Medical Billing at info@prioritymdbilling. She will work with families to handle all insurance needs for a fee.
